When you buy a golf buggy, you don’t necessarily need the same as everyone else. The great thing about all Parmaker golf buggies, walker or ride-on, is the sheer number of options you have to customise and personalise your golf buggy to ensure it meets your needs in exactly the way you want.
Here’s exactly what you can customise on your Parmaker golf buggy to ensure it suits you to a tee!
Warranty
While all our golf buggies come with a quality guarantee, you can get complete peace of mind by choosing an extended five-year warranty on your Parmaker buggy. This inexpensive option will ensure you never have to go without your golf buggy. And keep in mind that Parmaker is the only golf buggy company that offers a five-year warranty option on all machines. No other company stands behind the products it sells the way Parmaker does. Batteries
Your choice of batteries to power your golf buggy is up to you – you can choose our high-quality battery options or choose your own. Just keep in mind that a good quality battery takes a long time to deteriorate, whereas a poor-quality battery will deteriorate very quickly. We’ve tested all the batteries on the market for over 30 years, and found batteries that are capable of performing to the highest level – these ones.
Charger
You have choices when it comes to chargers as well – you can opt for a 12-volt or 24-volt battery charger. The 12-volt charger is cheaper, but you’ll need one for each battery. The 24-volt charger can charge two dry batteries at once, and is a great option for people who leave their buggy at the club and want the convenience of simply plugging in the charger, rather than removing the seat and battery cover to access the batteries. It all depends what you want – choose one here.
Car carrier
If you have a small car boot, or prefer to use it for other things, never fear – you can still easily transport your Parmaker ride on golf buggy with a car carrier. It fits neatly on the back of your car, suits all ride-on models and is super easy to use. Buy your car carrier here.
Golf bag carry frame
This will allow you to attach your bag securely to your ride on buggy, knowing it will stay put wherever you travel; and we recommend it for all ride on buggies. Get it here.
Fourth wheel
A fourth wheel comes standard on the Scout SE walker, but you can also choose it as an option for the Scout walker buggy. It’s an extremely handy option if you regularly play very hilly courses, as it helps to keep your buggy on an even keel on really steep inclines. The detachable fourth wheel is also useful when using remote control on very steep courses, as it prevents your buggy from tipping backwards when travelling uphill. Choose this handy option here.
Front basket
Are you one of those people that takes everything but the kitchen sink with you to the course? Add some additional carrying space to your ride on golf buggy with a detachable front basket – the perfect place to store all your extra essentials. Buy one here.
Larger seats
There are many reasons you may want a larger than standard seat on your golf buggy – you may be a larger person, or you may play a lot of golf and just want to be a little more comfortable. Either way, you can customise your ride-on with a large seat here.
Umbrella holder
It doesn’t matter whether you own a walker or a ride on buggy, either can be customised with an umbrella holder. And having an umbrella along for the ride is a great idea – after all, who wants to spend their time on the course being cold, damp and miserable? Parmaker’s umbrella holders will securely hold your golfing umbrella, are adjustable in height so you don’t need to stoop, won’t slide down the buggy handle and are easily detachable – and make rainy day golf a much better experience!
Removal rear wheels
All ride on golf buggies need wheels, so you may be wondering why you’d want removable ones. This handy option is really useful if you have to transport your ride-on in an awkward or strange-shaped boot, and allows you to easily take your golf buggy anywhere. Customise your golf buggy with removable rear wheels here.
T-handle
A t-handle allows you to handle your walker buggy more comfortably and with greater ease, and provides more control of the buggy when turning. It’s not necessary for everyone, but can certainly be added to your buggy if you feel you need it.
Reverse gear for ride on
Another great customisation for your ride on golf buggy is a reverse gear, allowing you to make your buggy go in reverse. It’s a handy option that gives you much more manoeuvrability. A reverse gear is standard on the Parmaker Explorer Ghia, but you can buy it as an option on the Spirit and Spirit Ghia here.
There are so many options when it comes to your Parmaker golf buggy, to enhance functionality, safety and comfort. And we haven’t even mentioned all the other little personalisations you can make yourself, such as floor mats, seat covers or cushions to make your golf buggy even more comfortable and practical. Whatever you choose though, you’ll end up with a golf buggy that will be perfectly customised to your style, needs and wants.
